Open the search form on the homepage: enter the departure and arrival points, date and number of passengers, then click “Find ticket”. You will see trips for the route with prices and carrier ratings. If no seats are available on your date, try nearby dates or pick a destination among the popular routes.

GreenBus receives all changes from the carrier, so cancellation for reasons beyond our control cannot be ruled out. As soon as the carrier notifies us of any changes, we will contact you via the phone number from your order. You can check the bus number and trip details via the carrier’s contact number shown on your ticket.

How far in advance should I buy a bus ticket?

Carriers usually open sales for regular routes about a month ahead. It is better to buy early — on popular routes seats and the “from” price sell out faster.

How do I find the travel time and arrival time?

The estimated travel time, stops and arrival time are shown on the site in the trip schedule and on your ticket. Allow a buffer: do not plan a transfer in under 2 hours for domestic trips, or under 8 hours for international ones.

The bus model, services and amenities provided by the carrier are shown on the site when you buy a ticket. After purchase, your ticket includes the carrier’s contact number to check further details.

To board you need a passport and a ticket — printed or electronic (see the answer about printing the ticket). The details on your passport and ticket must match exactly. If they differ or a document is missing, the carrier may refuse boarding.

The ticket always shows the local time of each point. For example, on a Warsaw–Minsk trip, departure is in Polish time and arrival in Minsk time. Mind the time-zone difference, especially if your trip involves transfers.
